Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of a GEOINT-focused application supporting an IC customer. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive agile delivery while remaining hands-on with coding and technical direction.

Responsibilities include building scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and data services, plus leading CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud adoption. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for contract eligibility.
• Degree and relevant experience may be substituted per policy.
• Experience with modern DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of critical software.
• Translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain production software and backend services.
• Mentor engineers and act as Scrum Master for an Agile team.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps, Systems Engineering, and mission stakeholders.
