Walmart is seeking an Android developer to enhance and maintain the Vision Center feature within the Walmart Android app. The role involves developing new functionalities to improve the shopping experience for prescription glasses, ensuring the app remains user-friendly, efficient, scalable, and secure.

What you'll do...

• Feature Implementation: Develop new features for the Vision Center section of the Walmart app using Kotlin, integrating GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable code following Android best practices and design patterns.
• API Integration: Manage integrations with GraphQL and REST endpoints for dynamic data handling.
• Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure feature performance and reliability.
• Continuous Learning: Keep updated with latest Android and API development trends.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for efficient delivery.

What you'll bring...

• Proficiency in Kotlin, Android Studio, and experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Android SDK, and Gradle.
• Experience with app architecture patterns like MVVM or MVP.
