Avala in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Mission Control to build complex UI features for 3D/4D data visualization and annotation workflows.

You will develop real-time collaborative editing and multi-window layouts, optimize WebAssembly performance for large sensor datasets, and implement Dart/Flutter-driven interfaces that scale across web and mobile apps.

About This Role

What You’ll Do:

• Build complex UI features for 3D/4D data visualization and annotation workflows
• Develop real-time collaborative editing and multi-window layout systems
• Optimize performance for WebAssembly builds handling large sensor datasets
• Implement BLoC state management patterns for complex async workflows
• Work closely with Product Design to ship polished, production-grade interfaces
• Contribute to shared Dart packages used across web and mobile apps

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Flutter for web (WASM compilation)
• Familiarity with annotation tools or developer platforms
• Experience with Squadron/Web Workers for background computation
