Job summary

MGC Diagnostics in Minnesota is seeking a senior software engineer to lead design, development, testing and maintenance of software for our computerized medical diagnostic systems. You will coordinate with hardware teams and other departments.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the design and implementation of digital and analog products.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, C++, MFC, WPF, XAML.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SQL Server and data schemas.
• Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 7/8/10).
• Independent, self-starter with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of software for medical diagnostic systems.
• Coordinate verification, validation, and performance testing.
• Integrate software modules with hardware systems.
• Assist customer service, sales and marketing with technical information.
• Collaborate with customers and other departments for specifications.
• Create software installation sets and maintain source control.
