Job summary

Nevro is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in PC-based and iOS development to contribute from concept through deployment of implantable medical device software.

You will lead technical design for PC-based, mobile, and firmware applications, apply SOLID, TDD/BDD, integrate automated testing, and collaborate with UX, product, and QA to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions in a regulated environment. Mentor teammates and shape Nevro's digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 6–8 years of software design, coding, and technical leadership.
• Experience in C#, .NET development (Visual Studio).
• Experience in iOS (Swift) development.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and TDD/BDD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design on PC-based, mobile, and firmware software applications.
• Develop requirements, design, implementation, and verification/validation.
• Apply Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Develop automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
