DRW is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance low-latency trade execution systems for the Asia Equity Options business. You will interact closely with research and trading teams and work with cutting-edge technologies in a high-performance environment.

You should have deep C++ (17+) and Boost/STL experience, plus Python, multi-threaded programming, and Linux network tuning. Expect collaboration with researchers and traders and a results-driven culture with strong opportunities

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the trading industry
• Experience with options or derivatives
• Strong C++17+ and Boost/STL
• Multi-threaded programming and hardware/software interaction
• Performance tuning on Linux and networks
• Experience collaborating with Research teams and Quants

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve low-latency trade execution systems
• Interface with ultra-low-latency FPGA trading systems
• Work with research and trading teams to translate requirements
• Drive projects and initiatives and resolve complex design issues
