Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to spearhead software initiatives for logistics. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable systems, leading cross-functional and international teams to deliver robust software solutions.

You will translate complex business needs into cloud-native designs within MAWM's microservices architecture, while mentoring teammates and driving testing and documentation practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, or supply chain management; master’s preferred.
• 9+ years IT experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Manhattan Active is required.
• Cloud-native design experience aligned with MAWM microservices.
• SCI reporting to interpret warehouse performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex software systems for scalability and performance.
• Lead cross-functional and international teams.
• Collaborate with ELT, product managers, designers and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Analyze complex problems and drive decisions aligned with goals.
• Write and review system requirements and code; mentor juniors.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
