Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the PSA Liquidity product suite (PSA Partner Offers and our eBay Consignment platform). You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end buyer and seller experiences.

You will partner with business, engineering, design, and data teams to connect supply and demand, optimize the matching engine, and drive GMV growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with shipping and scaling 0→1 products.
• Senior IC experience at a high-growth company or scaled consumer platform.
• Ad tech fluency meets marketplace instincts.
• Experience with targeting, ranking, pricing, and supply/demand matching.
• Experience on two-sided platforms with liquidity and GMV focus.
• Data-driven experimenter with instrumentation and cohort analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.
• Ownership mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and end-to-end strategy for liquidity.
• Define unified vision for liquidity platform for buyers and sellers.
• Build buyer tooling and next-gen buyer platform features.
• Lead development: targeting, campaign mgmt, budget controls, analytics.
• Optimize matching engine and dynamic pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design to connect supply and demand.
• Define success metrics, run A/B tests, instrument features.
• Coordinate delivery across teams and manage stakeholder alignment.
