Job summary

Collectors is transforming the PSA Liquidity Platform, connecting buyer and seller experiences across our marketplace. You will own the end-to-end delivery of features from buyer tooling to pricing engines, working with a cross-functional team to maximize GMV and conversion.

The role emphasizes architectural ownership, AI-enabled development, and a strong customer focus. Candidates near New Jersey may be onsite predominantly, with occasional onsite collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years engineering experience designing, shipping, scalable products.
• Strong full-stack skills in Java (Spring Boot) and frontend (React/Svelte).
• Experience with microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic or OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the buyer platform: targeting, campaign management and analytics.
• Build and optimize the real-time pricing and offers engine.
• Improve seller experience: pricing clarity and smoother sales flow.
• Architect scalable microservices and event-driven systems with low latency.
• Apply AI tooling across the SDLC to raise quality and speed.
• Own projects end-to-end from concept to production.
• Translate strategy into technical plans and user stories; coordinate teams.
• Coordinate liquidity handoffs across grading, vaulting, payments and logistics.
• Communicate clearly in reviews and daily standups.
