Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in the Liquidity & Funding Technology group in Austin. You will modernize platforms, enhance data capabilities, and deliver cloud-based solutions to support regulatory reporting and funding operations.

You will lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and work across engineering, product, and business teams to build scalable and resilient software while enabling the firm's financial strength.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
• Proficiency with .NET 8+ and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience building scalable applications, services, APIs, and data integration solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for liquidity and funding technology applications supporting regulatory reporting and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team on initiatives and enhancements.
• Remain hands-on with coding and development, including engineering, analysis, and delivery activities.
• Support existing applications while contributing to modernization efforts to evolve the platform.
• Collaborate with data processing and analytics solutions across the firm.
