Foundation Software is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join a fast-growing team in Northeast Ohio. You will design, build, and maintain features using C#, .NET Core, WPF/WinForms, and REST APIs, in a Azure-based environment.

The role emphasizes architecture, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of development experience, strong SQL Server expertise, and a proven ability to lead design discussions and drive coding standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of development experience in C#/.NET.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of WPF/WinForms and REST APIs.
• Agile Scrum experience and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Develop new software services using C# / .NET / Web API / SQL Server / WinForms / WPF in Azure.
• Lead design sessions and mentor other developers.
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
• Provide accurate estimates on projects/tasks.
• Troubleshoot production issues with internal/external customers.
