Job summary
Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, code, and debug complex analytics, data processing, and real‑time systems. The position requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and twenty years of SWE experience, a BS in Computer Science, and the ability to drive architecture and performance improvements.
Qualifications
- Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Develop or implement algorithms to meet system performance and functional standards
- Oversee one or more software development teams and ensure work is completed according to process constraints
