You will analyze requirements, develop algorithms, optimize performance, and review software with a focus on reliability and scalability. A Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of SWE experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required; additional SWE experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience leading software development efforts and teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive design and performance requirements.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
• Debug and resolve defects in software components.
• Develop and implement algorithms to meet performance standards.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor operation.
