Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Software Engineer to design, code, and debug complex software systems, including analytics, large data sets, and real-time components. You will work individually or on a team to develop, test, and maintain software that meets documented requirements.

Candidates should have fourteen years of SWE experience, a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and the ability to lead teams on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ SWE experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design, code, and modify software to add new features and improve performance.
• Debug existing software and correct defects; integrate software into new environments.
• Lead one or more software development teams and ensure timely delivery.
