Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Lifted team. You will design, build, and ship features across .NET back-end APIs and React front ends powering healthcare SaaS used by clinicians.

As a senior member, you will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and uphold secure, reliable software practices while collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to deliver high-quality solutions that improve patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET, and SQL Server skills for backend/API work.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL API design.
• Experience leading technical design and mentoring engineers.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for significant features and third‑party integrations.
• Own testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support.
• Mentor engineers through code review and design feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work and deliver on schedule.
• Champion secure engineering practices for patient data platforms.
• Contribute to architecture and tooling improvements.
