Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Aberdeen-based team supporting the SAI contract. The role requires Active TS clearance, a Master’s degree in engineering or CS, and at least eight years of related experience with possible substitution for education.

The position is part-time, salary-exempt, on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, with compensation range of $95,000 to $150,000 annually. RSC2 emphasizes equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• Master’s degree in engineering or computer science is required.
• Eight (8) years related experience; four (4) additional years may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing design, architecture, development, implementation, and documentation for PD SAI systems.
• Coordinate with system engineering integrated product teams and technical forums at the PD SAI and subordinate levels.
• Assess efficacy of engineering and integration processes with program, project and product management offices.
• Apply expert technical knowledge in software architecture to transform Army initiatives and field digitized information infrastructures.
