Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java development experience.
• Experience building RESTful services and enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application and integration issues in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based backend applications and services.
• Develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Design, build, maintain, and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Integrate backend services with relational databases and external systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot backend defects and performance issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Create technical documentation for components, APIs, and integrations.
