Qualifications

• Must have strong working knowledge developing Java-based software.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in OOP and Linux environments.
• Familiar with Git, Nexus, and Maven toolchains.
• Experience applying AI agent workflows in engineering.
• Experience in designing and testing robust software units/integrations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Will adapt to evolving tech trends and processes.
• Background with cloud or distributed systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based software capabilities for complex systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate advanced AI agents into daily workflows.
• Design, implement, and test modules with robust tests.
• Guide AI agents through multi-repo architectures and security checks.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices.
• Support a hybrid work environment with occasional on-site visits.
