Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain complex software systems, provide production support, and contribute to key departmental initiatives.

You will work autonomously with general guidance to deliver high-quality software. The position requires a BS/BA and 6+ years of experience, strong UI, SQL, testing, and CI/CD skills, and the ability to collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required with 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Gains a thorough understanding of functional requirements for new software requests.
• Designs, develops and tests software to meet functional requirements.
• Maintains and enhances existing applications and fixes issues.
• Participates in code reviews and adheres to engineering standards.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure solutions fit into overall architecture.
