Job summary

Synergy ECP seeks a Software Engineer Level 3 to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software systems. You will work on data analytics, real-time processing, and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet mission needs.

The role requires Unix/Linux development, shell scripting, and experience with CI/CD and modern software practices. Clearances and ability to work with defense clients are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in CS or related field plus years of SWE experience.
• Experience with Linux, Bash, Java, and Java EE technologies.
• Proficient in CI/CD, Git, Jira/Confluence, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Ability to lead teams and design complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design software components for complex systems.
• Develop and test software, deploy and maintain in Linux environments.
• Lead one or more software teams and ensure quality across releases.
• Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to derive requirements.
• Implement and optimize algorithms and data processing workflows.
