Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking a Full-Time Software Engineer Level 3 with strong C++ and multi-threaded skills to design, develop, and maintain complex signal processing software in UNIX/Linux environments. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and extensive experience with data formats and databases.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems (e.g., analytics, large data sets, real-time systems) based on documented requirements.
• Design and develop signal processing software components using C++, Java, Python in UNIX and LINUX OS environments.
• Define and implement data formatting and interface specifications; document release descriptions and deployment procedures.
