Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with risk and reliability assessment experience.
Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Experience level: 5+ years in professional software engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Execute full lifecycle application development from design through deployment and support.
Design, code, and debug applications across multiple programming languages.
Perform software, code, and requirements analyses, including metrics identification and risk and reliability assessments.
Apply object-oriented analysis and design (OOA/OOD) with modeling and simulation as needed.
Design front-end graphical user interfaces with attention to usability and accessibility.
Plan and execute software testing and quality assurance activities.
Tune performance, improve stability, and automate routine tasks.
Support, maintain, and document software functionality and technical decisions.
Integrate new software with existing systems and services.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies for adoption and implementation.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and security best practices.
Implement localization and globalization strategies where applicable.
