Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to develop high-quality, innovative software in line with coding standards. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of designs, code, and tests aligned with industry and organizational standards.

The selected candidate will design, build, and maintain large-scale production services and data pipelines, while debugging issues and contributing to engineering process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required;4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software basics; familiar with modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems.
• Evaluates codes for validity, structure, and compatibility across environments.
• Supports engineering teams with attention to detail and best practices; assists with standards and tooling improvements.
• Participates in testing processes, reviews, and certification of software.
