Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to help maintain, improve, and expand our web applications and data pipelines. You will push for secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions while focusing on observability, testing, and frequent releases that deliver incremental value.

You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to drive technical roadmaps in an Agile environment and mentor newer engineers through code reviews and feedback to raise the bar

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years building full-stack web applications in cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years using SQL on large multi-table data sets.
• 3+ years as a trusted technical decision-maker solving short- and long-term value.
• 3+ years coaching other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and performant solutions.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, including thorough PR reviews and feedback.
