Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior software engineer to contribute to the Charles River IMS modules within an agile Scrum team. You will analyze, design, develop, test, and debug medium to large enhancements, collaborating with analysts and product managers to translate requirements into working software.

You will mentor junior staff, write unit and automation tests, contribute to API documentation, and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years Agile development experience.
• Proficient in Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript.
• Experience in financial services product delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug software within Charles River.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Product Managers to implement requirements.
• Provide guidance in code reviews.
• Write unit and automation tests for quality.
• Contribute to design and API documentation.
• Participate in CRD Scrum ceremonies and cross-team activities.
