Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management to join our IAM team. You will design and implement critical security capabilities for agent workflows and integrate with next generation identity providers.

You will lead large projects, drive architectural decisions, and mentor teammates while delivering scalable, secure cloud services. The role emphasizes code quality, performance, and collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Experience with IAM concepts and security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC).
• Strong coding skills in Java, C#, or C++ and CS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI security capabilities for agent workflows.
• Design IAM features with integration to identity providers and auth protocols.
• Build authorization frameworks for fine-grained access control at scale.
• Develop solutions for secure data sharing and access to Snowflake.
• Lead and deliver large projects with planning and execution.
• Maintain high quality, speed, and sound technical decisions.
• Guide the team through code and design reviews.
