Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and modernize critical in-house applications for our food service operations. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, owning architecture while mentoring engineers and setting development standards.

You’ll work on front-end and back-end components, leverage .NET technologies, Angular, Azure, and DevOps practices, with a hybrid schedule based in Houston or Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Proven experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Experience with Azure services (AKS, Functions, App Services, Data Lake, Data Factory, Logic Apps).
• Front-end development experience with Angular.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement governance frameworks for custom applications.
• Establish SDLC and change management processes.
• Partner with IT leadership to align development with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance.
• Evaluate tools and methodologies to improve code quality and CI/CD.
• Lead design and development of front-end and back-end components for web and enterprise apps.
• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews.
• Drive solution design sessions and performance improvements.
