The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its High-Performance Computing team to optimize system throughput and network bandwidth, applying probabilistic algorithms and ensuring health and scalability of data infrastructure.

Responsibilities include full software lifecycle ownership, mentoring teammates, and working on large-scale distributed systems addressing petabyte-scale data challenges with ML techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in distributed systems, HPC, and advertising technology.
• Hands-on with .NET Core, C#, Java, Linux, Networking, Streaming Systems, NoSQL, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own full software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Work on large-scale distributed systems.
• Tackle petabyte-scale data challenges.
• Apply machine learning techniques where applicable.
