Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend data pipelines for processing large-scale content catalogs. You will build and optimize high-throughput workflows using distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark, and design secure RESTful APIs to expose data services.

Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate models, ensure data quality, and support production feature pipelines while operating at global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience in software development or related role.
• Three years of experience with Python, Java, or Scala.
• Two years building data pipelines with distributed processing like Spark.
