Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on with dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Programming in SQL, Python, and related languages for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
• Troubleshooting data issues and performance improvements.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns across cloud-native SaaS, core clinical systems (Epic EMR), and data platforms.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure reliability and scalability of the integration layer.
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads; refine requirements and designs.
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive automation and smarter workflows.
• Create architecture diagrams and governance docs to enable platform self-service.
