CVS Health in the United States is seeking a senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement digital solutions for Payer operations and data platforms. You will architect end-to-end integration patterns between cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and our data warehouse, while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

You will apply advanced SQL and Python to optimize data models, test and debug pipelines, and drive governance and documentation to enable platform self-service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for cloud and on‑prem data workflows.
• Experience debugging data issues and performance tuning.
• Ability to own improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure reliability.
