Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Advanced systems programming in Rust preferred; strong C/C++ or Go acceptable.
• Proven ability to deploy high-availability, low-latency production applications.
• Security-centric development with cryptographic key management and robust failure recovery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement core components for a greenfield decentralized trading application from the ground up.
• Construct low-latency, highly resilient backend services interfacing with high-throughput blockchain streams.
• Own critical infrastructure paths including smart order routing, trade execution engines, data feeds, and portfolio tracking.
• Enforce rigorous security standards across all layers including signing protocols and data protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly deploy features and iterate on live data.
• Drive foundational architectural choices and establish engineering standards for a growing team.
