Jobgether seeks a hands-on Engineering Lead to guide a small team in building scalable backend and frontend applications using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular. You will design event-driven architectures with Kafka and deliver high-performance APIs on Azure/AWS.

The role emphasizes DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, along with AI workflow integration and strong cross-functional collaboration. Remote work is possible for international teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong backend development with experience in frontend tech.
• Experience designing event-driven architectures and robust APIs.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, Kafka, REST/GraphQL.
• Cloud deployment on Azure/AWS and cloud-native practices.
• Hands-on DevOps: CI/CD, IaC, monitoring and automation.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience leading a small engineering team and making technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small engineering team to deliver high-quality software.
