Job summary

Kopius seeks Sr Software Engineers in Atlanta, GA for a long-term engagement with a leading global consumer goods and beverages company. You will design and deliver full-stack features across Java, Node.js, React, and Python, and extend Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, React, and Python across front-end and back-end.
• Salesforce and Apex development with Lightning components.
• Strong testing and QA discipline including TDD and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git and modern source-control workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Nice to have: Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Salesforce Flow, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Nice to have: Data engineering, ML-enabled features, or event-driven architectures.
• Nice to have: Prior consulting or embedded engineering with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack features end-to-end across Java, Node.js, React, and Python services.
• Build and extend Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and platform best practices.
• Own quality across the stack—write clean, testable code, drive TDD and test coverage, collaborate with QA on testing.
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable delivery.
• Bring product thinking to engineering discussions, aligning technical work with business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers in a cross-functional team model.
• Champion engineering best practices—code quality, reviews, design patterns, and DevOps discipline.
• Support production operations, incidents, and continuous platform improvement.
