Job summary

Better Impact is seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer to advance the HandsOn Connect platform. You will work across Apex, LWC, and 2GP unlocked packages, while maintaining .NET services and Azure integrations.

Collaborate with Customer Experience and Salesforce Admin teams to solve complex issues and deliver scalable solutions. You’ll diagnose whether issues are configuration, code, or integration related, and contribute across legacy and modern packaging architectures in a

Qualifications

Professional experience developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: flows, objects/fields, page layouts, permission sets.
Experience with .NET applications and Azure infrastructure.
Experience with Salesforce managed packages (1GP/2GP) and migrations.

Responsibilities

Own complex technical escalations.
Take ownership of Tier 3 bugs and technical issues including Apex and Lightning Web Component fixes and 2GP unlocked package development.
Build and maintain Salesforce solutions across Apex, LWC, automation, and package architecture.
Maintain .NET services and Azure infrastructure.
Diagnose issues to determine configuration vs code vs integration fixes.
Collaborate with Customer Experience and Salesforce Admin teams.
