Curipod is the AI-powered curriculum platform for teacher-paced lessons that get students to look up from their screens and talk. We are on a mission to give teachers and students a reason to show up to class and learn together.

Responsibilities

You’ll shape the user experience. From messy early ideas to polished interfaces, you’ll design delightful experiences for teachers and students, so Curipod feels like it was made exactly for them.

You’ll own your work from first sketch to millions of users. This includes defining the problem, iterating internally and with users to shape the concept, and delivering elegant, high-impact user experiences to Curipod.

You’ll ship to a passionate, fast-growing group of educators. You’ll work with a global group of educators who care deeply about providing their best for their students every day. They expect the best from the tool that powers their main instruction.

You’ll build complex AI-powered features and workflows. AI is redefining what learning experiences can be done in the classroom. You’ll work with the curriculum team and founders to implement our vision of collaborative, competitive, fun, and rigorous AI-native lessons to power learning outcomes for millions of students every month.

You’ll lead and collaborate across disciplines. You make things happen. Whether in a solo project or leading a small team, you’ll be collaborating with design, business, and curriculum to make ideas real.

Skills

Strong product and UX instincts, obsessed with crafting intuitive, elegant solutions.

Solid frontend development skills, able to build sophisticated and performant WYSIWYG / drag-and-drop interfaces.

Energized by ambiguity, able to take initiative to shape product direction as well as implementation details.

Minimum of 5 years of frontend engineering experience.

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
