Job summary

Wayve, Sunnyvale, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Fleet Management team. You will build the platform that lets engineers deploy software, monitor vehicle health, and understand fleet activity in real time, supporting robotaxi operations and external dispatch interfaces.

You will lead end-to-end projects from problem definition through design, implementation, deployment and operation, working with Research, Safety, Operations, SRE, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

Significant experience shipping production full-stack web services and applications.
End-to-end ownership from problem definition to production operation.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

Build reliable distributed services and workflows across intermittently connected vehicles.
Support robotaxi operations by connecting vehicles to external dispatch services.
Develop scalable APIs and interfaces for visibility into vehicle state.
Create tools to explore and analyze large telemetry data.
Develop reporting tools to track utilization and performance.
Design end-to-end systems spanning web apps, backend, embedded APIs, and cloud infra.
Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to reviews.
