Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate software development experience.
• Alternatively, Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus 3 years of software development experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience coding in Java with Spring or Spring Boot Framework.
• Must have 3 years of experience with Messaging Stream Solutions.
• Must have 3 years of experience in building systems backed by modern persistence technologies in payments, banking, e-commerce domains, backed by Aurora or DynamoDB.
• Must have 3 years of experience working with at least one of the following web frontend frameworks: Node Js, React JS, Angular Js.
• Must have 3 years of experience with Typescript, Golang, Scala, Rust, or Python.
• Must have 3 years of experience building cloud applications on AWS, and technologies using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Must have 3 years of experience using Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability and security

Responsibilities

• Build reliable, scalable backend applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Apply sound design principles to robust software and perform unit/integration testing.
• Design, deploy, and continuously improve backend applications.
• Raise engineering processes to Ripple's standards.
