BetaNXT Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering to lead technical delivery of cost basis management solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will act as hands-on contributor and informal team lead, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring peers while partnering with cross-functional teams to build scalable platform capabilities. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software engineering with tax/cost basis knowledge, strong Java/Spring skills, cloud experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years in software engineering with emphasis on cost basis, tax operations or fintech domains.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch proficiency.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins).
• Proven SQL expertise, especially Oracle PL/SQL, and data processing workflows.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC patterns.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery and architecture decisions for cost basis management solutions.
• Mentor and provide code reviews to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and batch processes.
