BetaNXT Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering to lead technical delivery of cost basis management solutions in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

You will mentor peers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate across product, operations, and engineering teams to build scalable platform capabilities. Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years in cost basis or tax operations.
• Strong domain knowledge of cost basis methodologies and tax lot accounting.
• Experience with tax reporting domains and regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional coordination.
• Cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP with IaC experience.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to engineering workflows.
• CI/CD proficiency with modern DevOps tooling and GitOps practices.
• Strong Java development and Spring Boot/Spring Batch experience.
