Job summary

Optasia Group is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our real-time financial intelligence platform. You will contribute to analysis, design, development, and maintenance of the microloan provisioning system, operating at scale with millions of transactions daily.

The role emphasizes Java with Spring, microservices, and a stack including JMS, REST, Hazelcast, Postgres, Kafka, Elastic, Docker Swarm and Debian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years in back-end platforms development with solid programming abilities in Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of Relational DB; NoSQL will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain the microloan provisioning platform.
• Our enterprise platform handles millions of loan transactions daily.
• Focus on efficiency, performance, and quality in development.
• Contribute across all life-cycle phases and see product through.
• Work with Java/Spring microservices architecture.
