RecargaPay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable systems powering our financial services. You will work on high-performance distributed applications, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS to deliver secure and reliable software.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and help drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Academic background in computer science, engineering, or software development.
• Hands-on engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with medium-complexity domains and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable code using best practices.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating technologies for architecture.
• Propose technical implementations to address scaling and performance.
• Work with GitHub and CI/CD processes for automation.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
