Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Merrimack, NH to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer-facing software. You will work on a project at the forefront of Capital Markets engineering, applying TDD, CI/CD, and agile practices to deliver high-quality software.

You will collaborate with product owners, squad leads, and architecture, use Java, Python, Spring, RESTful services, and modern UI frameworks, and participate in data-intensive initiatives with AWS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Proficient in Java, Serenity Cucumber, Playwright automation.
• Jira and Jira Align experience required.
• Experience working in an Agile/Kanban squad.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Influence technical improvements to the platform with product owner, squad lead, and architecture.
• Develop and apply test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle large data sets and perform data analysis to support decisions.
• Deliver software in an Agile environment with high quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate across squads and chapters to drive engineering best practices.
• Contribute to design reviews, cloud strategy, and build/deploy pipelines.
