Optimize performance and scalability; lead code reviews and testing practices; resolve defects and bottlenecks.
Strategize UI/UX enhancements; collaborate with design and development teams; gather user feedback for usability improvements.
Cultivate cross-functional collaboration; provide peer coaching and feedback; influence team to achieve business outcomes.
Drive projects within team initiatives (Github, Copilot, AWS Migration); mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Qualifications: 1 cloud cert; 5–8 years of experience across SDLC; Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
