Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability in all phases of SDLC and ownership delivering at least 2 projects.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and enterprise architecture.
• 4+ years of experience with web API (.Net core) and related technologies (MVC, HTML, CSS, Angular/React).
• Experience writing high-quality, testable, well-documented code.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed platforms.
• Experience with GitLab/Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure native services (Functions, App Services, API gateway, App Insights, Key Vault).
• Excellent communication skills across all levels; able to work in diverse distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team on its journey to create innovative digital banking products.
• Partner with business, UX, application, Cloud, QA, and InfoSec teams using Agile methodologies.
• Gather requirements, design and develop custom applications and integrate with 3rd party products.
• Collaborate with other developers and mentor junior developers.
• Enforce secure coding standards through peer reviews and automated testing.
• Guide teams to review requirements, design docs, test plans, and performance plans.
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations to senior management.
• Accelerate development cycles from months to weeks and move from DESIGN-to-CODE toward interactive UIs.
