CyberForce Global is seeking a senior engineer to own critical file protection flows end to end on a high-scale security platform. You will set technical direction, raise the engineering bar, and help engineers grow through code reviews and pairing.

You’ll work with product, support and engineering teams across North America in a live environment, delivering reliable, scalable systems with strong ownership and high standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
• Proven track record mentoring engineers and raising the bar.
• Takes initiative and drives problems through to completion.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting in distributed environments.
• Clear communication and high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Own file protection flows end to end from design to production.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, pairing.
• Diagnose production and customer issues and fix root causes.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of core systems.
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams in North America.
