Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Event Technology to architect and build next-generation attendee platforms. Your work will impact millions of users across Salesforce's flagship events and digital experiences.

You will use AI-powered development tools to accelerate feature delivery, improve code quality, and rapidly prototype solutions. Build performant frontend experiences with TypeScript and React, design scalable backend APIs, and mentor engineers through code reviews.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience.
Expertise with TypeScript, React, Next.js and modern JavaScript.
Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync, and API Gateway.
Experience building component libraries, design systems, and micro frontend architectures.
Strong web performance optimization and security knowledge.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, CloudWatch).
Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions.
Strong cross-functional communication skills.
