Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack capabilities.
• Proven experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js with API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience building component libraries and micro frontend architectures.
• Strong web performance, security practices, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate feature delivery and prototype solutions.
• Build performant frontend experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Design scalable backend APIs and services on cloud-native architectures.
• Develop micro frontend components for cross-platform deployment.
• Architect end-to-end data flows across database, API, and UI layers.
• Own the technical quality of attendee-facing platforms with designers/product managers.
• Build and maintain component libraries and backend modules.
• Optimize performance via code splitting, caching, and query optimization.
• Drive technical excellence across the SDLC in a Hybrid Engineering model.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and architectural guidance.
