Lean TECHniques, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a nerdy, collaborative team building event-driven systems with modern patterns like CQRS and event sourcing.

You will work with Cursor and Claude daily to plan, write, refactor, and test high-quality software, while mentoring teammates and shaping architecture with Domain-Driven Design principles. You should bring 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, Django, C#, and .NET, plus

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design, including aggregates, domain events, and bounded contexts.
• Experience building event-driven systems, with a working knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing.
• Strong experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude, including guiding and reviewing them.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deliver solutions with a small collaborative team (3-5 people).
• Use agentic coding tools daily to plan, write, refactor, and test code with a focus on quality and design.
• Design and evolve systems using Domain-Driven Design with clear bounded contexts and meaningful domain events.
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures, including CQRS and event-sourced systems.
• Partner with product owners, clients, and engineers to translate fuzzy requirements into clean, maintainable software.
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar for the team through sharing knowledge on architecture and agentic workflows.
