Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of working experience.
• BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience).
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements with high quality, integrated software solutions.
• Act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
• Consult with management of client organizations and participate in business development activities.
• Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
